Return & Refund Policy

At Syn Lawn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help with returns and refunds that are simple and fair.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • • In its original packaging
  • • Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it
  • • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@synlawn.shop or call 1 (866) 311-8018. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • • Used equipment or items with visible wear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
